2004-2014
kompani 2 was founded by Mira Mutka och Jannine Rivel in 2004.
We were based in Eskilstuna, Sörmland and toured in cities like Berlin, New York and Stockholm.
We produced and danced in several productions and change who did what depending on our artistic interests at the time. Our works where shown in theatres, citing malls, food stores, squares, stairways and much more.
We had founding from Eskilstuna Kommun, Rekarne Sparbanks stiftelsen, Landstinget Sörmland, Dans i Sörmland, Studieförbundet vuxenskolan and Konstnärsnämnden.

Pop up Dance is a dance performance in three parts. Two solos and one duett. Pop up Dance is being danced on up to three different locations per set in the same town.  The duett is made of all our darlings from our previous kompani 2 pieces and the two solos are made from thoughts of love.

A site and festival specific dance performance with Jannine Rivel & Mira Mutka Inside the events of the festival the dance performance will move through the festival and it´s sites. Though a exploration of the sites relationship to visitors and our own associations to site and objekt a performance. The dance has four parts and is around 40 minutes long. underscore 4 moves and springs out of words and terms such like dance, movement, smoke, choreography, makeup, fabric, costume, street, park.
